Is the money in the Practice tab real?
No. The practice portfolio uses $100,000 of virtual funds with no monetary value. You can’t deposit, withdraw or trade real assets in mitrede.
Where does the market data come from?
All prices and charts are provided by CoinGecko. Gold and stock prices come from tokenized assets that track the underlying metal or share, so they can differ slightly from official exchange prices.
How do I reset my practice portfolio?
Tap the reset button at the top of the Practice tab, or go to More › Reset practice portfolio.
Do I need an account?
No. mitrede has no accounts and doesn’t collect personal data. Your watchlist, practice portfolio and learning progress are stored only on your device.
Prices aren’t loading
Check your internet connection and pull down to refresh. If the problem continues, email us and let us know which screen you were on.
